TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which you join us on the Remote Escape Room Experience shall be known as an “Experience”.
OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
2.1 Our acceptance of your booking will take place when you pay/accept the invoice that we submit to you based on your order or verbal/written inquiry at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
2.2 If we are unable to accept your booking, for example because of limitations on our resources, we will inform you of this in writing at the time of our initial communications.
3.1 The Experience is a live-hosted remote experience where teams use video conferencing (a choice of Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and interactive online game to compete with each other in a race to complete the mission of the game.
3.2 The Experience consist of the intro with a live game host, main game session and a de-briefing with live host after the game.
Game briefing with a live Game Master(s) and all the participants (5 -10 min)
Splitting into teams of 5-8 players to complete the mission (random or according to provided list)
Escape Room Game (30-50 min)
Team Results, debriefing and team photos (5-10 min)
Agenda can be modified by the customer's request.
Computer or laptop (tablets are not guaranteed to work with full functionality)
Internet connection without an active VPN
Chrome, Safari, MS Edge (version 79 and newer) browsers.
3.3 We will deliver the Experience to you on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation email/ invoice that we sent you. We use EST calendar on our website for all bookings made by clients.
3.4 Planned experience duration is 60-75 minutes, however, if a team is progressing faster or slower than average, the whole experience can take shorter or longer time.
4.1 We shall be responsible to you for the timed start of the Experience, its agenda, quality of the Experience for all participants.
4.2 We will do the best that we can do mitigate, but we cannot take responsibility for any unplanned interruptions in third party video conferencing software, for inability of participants to operate with video conferencing software, for internet connections interruptions on the participants’ side.
5.1 We offer full refund minus processing fee (3% fee) if you cancel or reduce the number of guests 3 weeks before the scheduled date. You will not be due any refund should you cancel your booking less than 3 weeks before the scheduled date.
5.2. You can reschedule your event or get a credit for future events up to a week before the scheduled date.
5.3 If less players attend the Experience, the price difference will not be refunded.
6.1. We will be ready to accommodate the number of guests stated in the reservation. We'll do our best to accommodate any additional guests, but cannot guarantee that.
6.2. Please, let us know if you expect more guests, and we'll add more players at the same prepaid rate. Please, let us know as soon as possible so we can allocate enough resources to accommodate a larger group and plan accordingly. Small changed can be made up to the date of the reservation.
6.3. We usually can accommodate a few extra players at the event and charge you afterwards at $45 per player rate.
